About the Academic and Career Exploration Program

Academic and Career Exploration Program (ACEP) is the logical evolution of Niagara’s highly-successful, nationally recognized Academic Exploration Program (AEP) that guides students into academic programs that align their skill sets with personal and professional interests. The Academic and Career Exploration Program continues to support undeclared students with personalized academic advisement, but now will intentionally link these students to career discovery.

Through this updated approach, undeclared students at 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ will be prepared with the experience they need to choose an academic trajectory that fits them, and the knowledge of career pathways that are available to them upon degree completion. Students in our Academic and Career Exploration program will continue to have access to award-winning professional academic advisors, and each student will also be assigned to one of our professionals in the Gacioch Center for Career and Professional Development to provide one-on-one career advising and professional development.

This new enhancement provides a one-of-a-kind experience that is tailored to each student within Academic and Career Exploration Program.
